I am Amanda, a personal trainer, wellness coach, and master instructor. I understand the unhappiness that accompanies being stuck on a journey towards physical fitness and wellness. I spent years, frustrated, stuck in a cycle, bouncing between depriving myself and then trying to survive, struggling to achieve my top performance. When I finally broke the cycle, I watched myself thrive. Now I want to help you do the same. My goal is to coach you to thrive, in all areas of health, so that you can achieve not only physical fitness, but also have complete wellness, leading strong lives with strong bodies.

Regardless of your athletic goals, I am here to help you have success at your event. From youth athlete, novice adult athlete, and elite competitors, I’ve worked with athletes of all ages and abilities to help them be at their best for competition. We will work together to establish a baseline of where you are currently and a plan to help you get to where you want to be for a successful competition. I use a periodized planning system that takes advantage of building on work and strategic rest blocks to help you safely and effectively maximize your time. I also have a list of product resources available to help you find your best performance.
